VIVA 340 WATERLESS OFFSET combines the advantages of semi-rotary technology, with the advantages of the offset printing process. The results are exceptional quality printing on a myriad of substrates.

Low dot gain, screen rulings can go from solid down to 0 with no problems. The press has a powerful inking train that includes 2 transfer rollers, 3 oscillating rollers and 3 form rollers guaranteeing exceptional print quality and vignettes of 0%.

Roller washing system is integrated by automatic spraying device. For better control over ink viscosity, the ink train is cooled through a water circuit into the oscillating rollers and the plate cylinders. This same circuit can heat the ink train for the start of the machine.

Plate exposure and wash out are the same as traditional offset plates but with a different bath.

Size change is entirely electronic and instantaneous. Size display on the main console immediately transmits the position of each printing unit to enable register presetting, without waste of paper. Setting is displayed on each unit precisely. Available with all the same options as the VIVA 340 Letterpress, UV Flexo unit, Laminating, Rotary Die-Cutting, Rotary Hot Stamping Matrix Rewind.
