VIVA 340 LETTERPRESS is ideal for PMS colors and heavy ink laydown, the press will provide enough coverage for opaque white on transparent film. The ink train is equipped with two form rollers of differing sizes which offers optimum print quality. The ink blades are segmented and allow refined ink control for solids and screens down to 2%. Although, letterpress is not as popular a print platform, this simple and inexpensive method of printing vivid color still has applications in today’s quality driven market.

Options include rotary die-cutting, matrix rewind, UV flexo unit, laminating, rotary screen-printing and rotary hot foil stamping.

Additional accessories include a sheeter, Corona treater, web cleaner, sprocket hole punch, second die cutting unit and web inspection systems.
