Printing on folding cartons have never been so easy
 Varyflex
FC is the first machine for in-line flexo print on folding
carton without gears on the printing-plate (gearless system).
No adjustment is required on changing the features of the
printing support thanks to the direct drive. Varyflex FC
is equipped with printing units having 2 independent motors
and inking cassette that can be removed from the machine
and interchanged among the various printing units. The integral
application of sleeves (printing plates are directly assembled
on sleeves, light and easy to be transported) along with
the system of rapid replacement in the elements simplifies
and makes job changes faster.
Varyflex FC offers the opportunity of using different types
of UV inks (water-based and solvent-based inks) with the
possibility of having combined drying units. The converting
unit has been expressly conceived, as to its dimensions
and functionality, to convert folding carton and not as
a simple derivation of traditional units to print labels.
Automatic pre-register is an integrated solution in the
standard version. All exclusive design solutions offering
these advantages are covered by OMET patent. Technical Data
