Boix manufacturers a machine to erect three piece (Bliss) style boxes and a DUAL machine for both (Bliss) and open top one piece trays. Boix also manufacturers machinery to assemble open top trays out of five pieces of solid fiberboard.

Boix Model MB-2M Tray Erector

As a result, within our wide range of models we now offer a new high speed tray erector. The Boix model MB-2M tray erector is the replacement for the MP-S that has been in used all over the world for more than 30 years. The MB-2M utilized a totally new concept in feeding blanks, lower to ground level allows easier feeding of the machine. Two motors with six speeds up to 45 TPM allows higher output. To compliment the new MB-2M Boix developed a new stacker model AR-10 capable of discharge in left / right or straight. All the standard features of Boix equipment remain, including: quick change mandrels, easy change over to other styles of boxes, a full memory of glue lines in the Nordson® unit and the ability to change speeds without adjusting the glue lines. All these features save set-up time and changeover time.

Boix Model FP4-2M

The new Boix model FP4-2M will replace the model FP-4 used all over the world for decades to erect corrugated open top boxes as small as 30 cm ( 11.81”) x 20 cm (7.87”) and as large as 60 cm (23.62”) x 60cm (23.62”). Easily changeable nylon formers allow for Plaform type boxes and various styles of open and closed column designs.

The model FP-2M represents the latest and most versatile model made by Boix and can build up to 23 different open top box design with columns both closed and open) and is supplied with a Nordson hot melt system.
